The PMEA District 3 Jazz Festival is Friday, February 13th at 7pm at the Armstrong Junior-Senior High School Auditorium.  Approximately 60 students from 16 school districts around the area are coming together to create THREE jazz bands – under the direction of esteemed guest conductors Joe Herndon, Rick Hayden, and Jeff Kroner.
