The The Rebirth of the African American Heritage Festival will be held Noon to 8pm Saturday, July 23rd and Noon to 4pm Sunday the 24th at the Railroaders Memorial Museum, 1200 9th Avenue in Altoona.  There’ll be vendors, food and live music both days,  Admission is free (admission to the museum itself is regular price).
