Ribbons By The Allegheny is Sunday, October 12th from 1 to 4pm at the Allegheny Mariner, 1301 North Water Street in Kittanning.  It’s an afternoon by the water.  Tickets include a meal and live music.  There will be basket raffles, special drinks, tattoo artist and the Steelers game on all TVs.  Tickets will be sold at the door or by Venmo.  For more information, call Connie at 724-664-1955.  Sponsored by the PA Breast Cancer Coalition.
