The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art will have their next “Arts After Dark Friday, December 12th, 6 to 8pm at 1210 11th Avenue in downtown Altoona.  There’ll be live entertainment by “Rumble and Scream” and paintings by Tabitha Shimer and other local artists.  Admission is a $15 donation.
