The Blair County War Veterans Council’s Veterans Day Parade will be Friday, November 11th though downtown Altoona. It steps off at 10:30.  Route is 8th Avenue and 17th street to 12th Street to 11th Avenue to 15th Street. For information, email PApost827@gmail.com
