WISE Women of Blair County is seeking applications for scholarship assistance.  One or more scholarships will be awarded up to a total of $10,000. Scholarships will be available to Blair County resident females 21 years of age or older who have overcome adversity or discrimination in their lives and who are pursuing post-secondary education. The scholarship is not available for a Masters, Doctorate or a second Bachelor’s degree. Deadline for applications is no later than 4 pm on Friday, September 30th.  By mail: WISE Women at P. O.
