
A report from western pa indicates that the Aliquippa School District has announced that it will begin to search lunches that students bring to school because…There Are too many snacks being brought into school buildings. The district began the new snack policy on Monday, but that policy was for snacks being brought to school not in lunch bags, but just as snacks. Students are permitted to bring only 4 oz bags of snacks. They are not allowed to bring larger bags, canned or bottled drinks and candy. If students exceed the legal amount allowed, the snacks will be confiscated and thrown out.
