State police in Centre County have charged 19 year old Alexander Hynoski with vehicular homicide that resulted in the death of 20 year old Elizabeth Biddle last August. State police say that Hynoski apparently ran a stop sign along mountain back road on rt. 322 and crashed into a FedEx truck. Biddle was killed instantly. Police say that Hynoski reportedly confessed to drinking at a house party before the accident. Also speed was a large factor in the crash as well. Hynoski was arraigned this week and charged with homicide by vehicle, DUI and driving at an unsafe speed.
