Police say that 31 year old Randy Lytle of Johnstown was found unresponsive inside his pickup truck this week. Police say that Lytle was caught with a large quantity of drugs in his truck, including 4 bricks of suspected heroin, 6 bundles of heroin and assorted drug paraphenalia. Police say that they suspect Lytle was getting ready to package up the suspected heroin for sale. He is charged with felony manufacturing, delivery and possession with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm along with other drug related offenses. Lytle is in the Cambria County jail on $50,000 bail.
