Now a report indicates that it was not the second car that caused the fatal crash. A van carrying Congresswoman Jacike Walorsik and Johnstown native Emma Thompson, was the vehicle that crossed the center line of a highway in Elkhart County, Indiana and struck a second vehicle. Police talked to dozens of witnesses and looked over video of the crash determined it was the Congresswoman’s van that caused the crash. Thompson was working for Cong. Walorisk and was a 2012 graduate of Bishop McCort high school. Police say the are investigating to find the reason why the van crossed the center line of the highway.
