WTAJ reports that police in Johnstown were searching for 28 year old Devine Steven Edwards, accusing him of a shooting incident back in June in Johnstown. A witness told Cambria 911 that she witnessed the shooting and gave a description of an SUV involved. A man told police that he was fired upon allegedly by Edwards. Then in August, Edward is supposed to have led police during a high speed chase here in Altoona. Edwards was captured after he crashed into a police officers cruiser on August 3rd. Edwards is facing a list of charges including aggravated assault, illegal possession of a weapon and tampering with evidence in the shooting. For the chase, Edwards was charged with fleeing or eluding officers and numerous traffic offenses.
