WTAJ reports that police have now charged 30 year old Cole Campbell of Three Springs with shooting and killing 40 year old Timothy Skipper in Campbell’s Clay Twp. home April 3rd. Police report that Skipper came to Campbell’s home to ask him to stop driving by his house at high speeds. The two apparently got into an argument when Campbell allegedly got out an AR-15 rifle and shot Skipper 3 times. An autopsy determined that Skipper died from a gunshot wound to the chest. State police say that there is video evidence of the incident. Attorney Tom Dickey said that the shooting was an act of self defense on the part of Campbell.
