According to a report by WJAC, charges of vehicular homicide have been filed against 37 year old Anatoly Kolosov for the accident which claimed the life of a 79 year old man. Police say that Kolosov was driving well over the speed limit on South Main Street in State College when he crossed the center line and crashed head on into a second vehicle. 4 people were injured. Kolosov was flown to UPMC Altoona for treatment. The 79 year old victim died on August 25th, 5 days after the accident. Kolosov was charged with DUI, homicide by vehicle and numerous other charges. He is being detained at the Centre County jail without bail.
