Hollidaysburg State Police report that they were in pursut of a vehicle driven by 19 year old George Rusinque of Boalsburg. Troopers report they clocked Rusinque going 103 mph southbound on 1-99 toward Altoona. Rusinque then sped up and exited I-99 at the 17th street exit where he reportedly hit another car after running a red light, then got back onto I-99.The report indicated that Rusinque finally stopped his vehicle on the shoulder of the road near the Frankstown exit. Three other teens, one male and 2 17 year old females were in the the car. Rusinque is charged with fleeing, reckless endangerment and an accident involving damage. He is locked up in the Blair County jail.
