A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that Judge Elizabeth Doyle dismissed a charge of conspiracy to commit robbery against Zavion Little of Rochester, NY for allegedly stabbing a man there and stealing his car. Blair county D.A. Pete Weeks said that this charge was the one that brought the case to adult court, where he feels it should be tried. But defense attorney Kristen Anastasi said that there was no hard evidence against Little to warrant moving the case from juvenile court. Little is now facing other charges including receiving stolen property, fleeing and eluding police, reckless endangerment and driving.
