Now a report by WTAJ indicates that yet another winner has been claimed. This time it is located in North Central PA in Danville. Lottery officials say that a $1 million winning scratch off ticket was sold at a puff tobacco products store. Right after the new year began, two $1million winning lottery tickets were sold and reported from Altoona. Lottery officials say when you win a prize like this, sign the ticket immediately and call the lottery bureau at 800 692-7481. The identity of the winner has not been released.
