A report by WJAC indicates that police arrested and charged 52 year old William Stonebreaker of Hollidaysburg of repeatedly sexually abusing a young female beginning when she was just 6 years old in Frankstown Twp. The report suggests that Stonebreaker told the victim not to tell anyone or he would wind up in jail. Police also said that Stonebreaker forced the victim to watch him having sex with her mother. The victim is reported to have told police that she was abused at least twice a week for 3 years. Stonebreaker is facing more than 600 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, indecent exposure, corruption of a minor and strangulation. He is also facing other charges in a separate sexual assault case from 2020.
