WJAC reports that police have charged 37 year old Jeffrey Miles Jr of State College with homicide by vehicle for causing the death of a 17 year old driver in an accident last February on Rt. 220 and Cumberland Road. Police report that miles attempted to pass a slow moving vehicle on the highway, and entered the opposite lane of traffic. Where he collided with the teenager’s car. The 17 year old was pronounced dead at the scene. Miles was charged yesterday with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault by vehicle, reckless endangerment and other numerous traffic violations.
