According to news reports, police have charged Chloe and Shannon Brothers both of Altoona, and Heidi Burkhart of Ashville of attacking the youth and firing a gun. The reports indicate that the assault took place somewhere on the 1100 block of 13th avenue last November. Police say that the victim and Burkhart were involved in a hit and run accident 5 days after the alleged assault. Police also say that the three assault suspects are alleged to have fired a gun at a car in which the victim was seen. Brothers and brothers are charged with aggravated assault, assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and trespassing.
