Television news reports indicate that the collision happened on RT. 22 in he westbound lanes in Ebensburg. Police report that a tri axle truck crashed into an SUV just after noon yesterday from South Center Street. One person inside the SUV was killed. The report also stated that two sheriff’s deputies were also injured in the crash. The truck apparently struck the sheriff’s deputy vehicle after it struck the SUV. Names of those injured or killed have not been released. The investigation continues as a state police accident reconstruction team tries to figure out what happened.
