A report by WJAC indicates police arrested 42 year old Brandon Shutty, who reportedly told authorities at the Western Behavioral Health facility in late may that he was done with government and was going on a shooting rampage, then committing suicide. Police tried to capture Shutty on two separate occasions, but he eluded their searches. He was then allegedly spotted by state troopers walking along state route 160 in Cambria Twp with a scoped rifle, where he once again tried to elude police, but this time he was captured. Shutty is facing at least 6 felony charges.
