Bail has been lowered in a case involving an assistant principal at Chestnut Middle School who allegedly failed to report sexual assaults on a school bus. The bail for 37 year old Patrick Isgan had initially been set at one million dollars, but yesterday Bedford County Magisterial District Judge Brian Baker, lowered his bail to $100,000. Last November, Isgan was charged with failing to report accusations of an 8-year-old girl who said a 12-year-old boy was sexually assaulting her on a school bus. The boy has been charged with sexual offenses as a juvenile. Isgan’s preliminary hearing was continued to April 17th.
