Johnstown’s City Manager, Ethan Imoff is planning to resign and take a job closer to his home in Hollidaysburg. On Wednesday, Imoff gave his 60 day notice. He will be resigning in June to take a position as the City Manager for Hollidaysburg Borough. He said during his remaining days in Johnstown, he will assist City Council and the community as they transition into various projects. Imoff has served as Johnstown’s City Manager since 2022.
