State Police in Ebensburg have arrested an Altoona man into allegations he sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl at his camp in Cambria County. Arrested was 43-year-old Paul Downs who is alleged to have molested the girl while the two were riding a four-wheeler. Downs reportedly denied the allegations but later recalled an incident where the girl fell off an ATV and when he went to pick her up, he “accidently” put his hands down her pants. Downs was arraigned last week on charges of felony corruption of minors and indecent assault. He has since posted bail.
