A Johnstown man is behind bars today after allegedly raping a young girl between the ages of 6-8, and ended when she was around 15. Arrested was 49 year old Bryan Miller who has been accused of repeatedly molesting the victim, making inappropriate comments towards her, and touching her inappropriately. Investigators say Miller told the victim that he was “teaching her” for when she had a boyfriend. Miller was arraigned yesterday on numerous charges including rape of a child, felony incest and other counts. He is currently in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of $700,000 bail.
