A Richland Township man is in jail today following accusations he sexually assaulted a woman during a domestic dispute early Monday morning. Arrested was 22-year-old Logan Moore. Police say the victim told them that during an argument with Moore he reportedly refused to let her leave his residence along Theatre Drive, and then sexually assaulted her. The victim also claimed Moore “slammed” her head off the bed and chocked her until she lost consciousness. The victim was transported to Conemaugh Hospital for treatment of injuries, and Moore was taken into custody. Moore has been charged with rape forcible compulsion, strangulation and numerous other counts. He is in the Cambria County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
