An Altoona man was arraigned on gun and drug charges after authorities spotted him in Greenwood on April 17th going 20 miles under the speed limit. Following an overnight stop, police arrested 24 year old Anthony Shumac after they found a stolen gun in Shumac’s possession, along with suspected meth, and drug paraphernalia. After Shumac was pulled over, authorities also discovered Shumac had multiple warrants. Shumac is in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
