Penn State’s Board of Trustees approved a $700 million renovation plan for Beaver Stadium. Yesterday the Board voted 26-2 to approve the renovations. The renovation will focus on the stadium’s west side, where luxury suites and upgraded seating will be added. The project will be paid for entirely by Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, fundraising, concessions, naming sponsorships and ticket sales. Work is already underway, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
