A suspect has been nabbed by police after an armed robbery at a Sheetz in Clearfield on Saturday night. Reportedly, he has been identified as 29-year-old Richard Harris IV. According to the Clearfield Regional Police Department, Harris was taken into custody along Flegal Road in Lawrence Township, yesterday afternoon. Police reportedly had a search warrant to search his residence where they found the stolen cash and clothing. Police are also reported to have confiscated a 40-caliber pistol, an AK-47 assault rifle, and a large amount of ammunition. Harris was placed in the Clearfield County Prison where bail has been denied. He is facing five felony counts. A courtdate is pending.
