UPenn Ordered To Hand Over List Of Jewish Employees To Administration

A federal judge is ordering the University of Pennsylvania to provide a list of its Jewish employees to the Trump administration.  The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says it’s investigating alleged antisemitic harassment of Jewish people at UPenn.  Their subpoena calls for the personal contact information of the school’s Jewish employees, as well as a list of school groups and organizations “related to the Jewish religion.”  On Tuesday, a judge ruled in favor of the request, saying it “had an understandable purpose”  to obtain information on individuals who may have experienced antisemitism in the workplace.
