State officials are warning there could be more brush fires in the coming months after the blaze on Blue Mountain in Franklin County.  The Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry says spring is the “big fire season” in the Commonwealth with dry conditions outdoors.  The Blue Mountain fire burned a total of 87 acres but is now completely contained.  A growing number of townships throughout the state are issuing outdoor burn bans in hopes of preventing brush fires, plus a seasonal burn ban is in effect in all Pennsylvania State Forest lands through May 25th.
