Blacklick Valley Elementary School in Cambria County was evacuated yesterday after a student reportedly set fire to toilet paper in two separate bathrooms. Following an investigation by the Nanty Glo Fire Department, officials dismissed students early for the day, with plans for the school to reopen today. Reportedly, school authorities note the student is being “disciplined accordingly.”
