PSU Cost Cutting Measures Continue

Penn State has proposed eliminating 49 undergraduate programs, potentially affecting 900 students, as part of ongoing financial restructuring and academic review.  The potential cuts follow recent decisions to close seven Commonwealth campuses, sell the public television station, and divest from the local airport, with a final decision expected this fall.
