Authorities have identified 71-year-old Raymond Popchak of Johnstown as the suspect who allegedly made a bomb threat and other threats at a Richland Township Chili’s, forcing a weekend evacuation. Popchak claimed to be joking when he told patrons the building was “going to explode” and threatened staff and a delivery driver, according to police, who charged him with felony terroristic threats and false alarms. Popchak was arraigned on Saturday and has since posted bail. He faces a preliminary hearing on May 6th.
