Penn State University has suspended the Delta Chi fraternity for at least four years following an investigation that revealed serious hazing, including reports of physical abuse and sleep deprivation. The chapter, located at 424 E. Fairmount Ave., in State College, had its charter revoked and faces a university suspension until at least the summer of 2030, marking it as one of 10 fraternities currently under sanction at the school.
