Drought conditions continue to improve across Pennsylvania. The latest update from the U.S. Drought Monitor shows no drought conditions currently present in nearly two-thirds of the state. Blair County is still under a drought watch. Eastern portions of the state continue to have abnormally dry, moderate, or severe drought conditions.
