A Howard, Centre County man faces multiple felony charges following accusations he sexually assaulted a minor over several months. State police report that 24-year-old Joshua McCloskey, is currently jailed after investigators tied him to repeated abuse occurring between 2024 and early 2025. The victim was under the age of 16 at the time of the alleged offenses. McCloskey is facing charges that include statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, and other related counts. He has been placed in the Centre County Prison in lieu of bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 20th.
