A 25-year-old former Penn State student is in custody in Centre County following a lengthy investigation into accusations he used his position as a student auxiliary officer to illegally access police radios and restricted dispatch databases. Zuoyu Wu, who allegedly claimed to be a certified “Motorola Engineer,” faces felony charges for computer trespass and unlawful use of a computer after being witnessed accessing secured server rooms and password-protected law enforcement networks. He has been placed in the Center County Prison where bail has been set at 2-million dollars.
