Forty-three-year-old Brandy Ritchey of Hollidaysburg, is facing over two dozen charges, including felony financial exploitation and theft, for allegedly stealing roughly $50,000 from an elderly resident to fund luxury vacations, hotels, and cruises. Following a police investigation that uncovered unauthorized bank activity, and a confession, Ritchey is currently held in Blair County Prison on $150,000 bail. Her preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 26th.
