Suspect In Custody In Connection To Drive-by Shots Fired In Jtown

Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a drive-by shooting in the Moxham neighborhood, while the search continues for a second suspect.  Tamir Branham, is currently in custody following Tuesday’s shots-fired incident along Highland Avenue.  Law enforcement officials are still actively searching for 20-year-old Makayla Porcher, who remains at large.  Investigators noted that a white, two-door BMW matching the description of the vehicle seen at the crime scene is registered to Porcher.   As investigators pursue Porcher, county officials urge residents to remain highly vigilant of their surroundings.
