Channel 6 reported a judge dropped a charge of harassment against Thomas as part of a plea agreement for his trial for witness intimidation. Thomas was accused of trying to intimidate a witness for his upcoming rape trial. Thomas was ordered to pay a fine of $300 and pled guilty to careless driving and speeding. The alleged incident was reported to police back in march. Thomas was also accused of assaulting his wife during a domestic situation. His wife denied that allegation. Thomas rape trial is set to begin in September.
