A report by WTAJ indicates that police arrested 31 year old Tim Schwartztruber after he told police the victim was having sex with a teenage girl. The report indicates that a woman living inside the home on the 1700 block of 6th avenue on august 9th, when she heard commotion coming from another bedroom. The woman said she yelled at Schwartztruber by his name and told him to leave. Police said that the victim was allegedly struck several times with a closed fist on his head and neck area. Schwartztruber left the house on a black bike, and police found him and the bike at his residence. Schwwartztruber is charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, harassment and simple assault.
