WTAJ reports that the Pa. Fish and Boat Commission has announced that their adult trout stocking information can now be accessed on a cellphone app. Anglers can use the “FishboatPa” app and website titled “fishandboat.com” to get stocking information. You can get information county by county on when streams will be stocked with trout for the upcoming season. The opening of trout season is scheduled for Saturday April 1st. Trout stocking will begin on February and fishermen are reminded they cannot fish anywhere from that day through march 31st. 3.2 million adult trout are expected to be put into lakes and streams for the season.
