A Martinsburg man is facing charges after he allegedly blew up a toilet at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh on Sunday. Arrested was 47-year-old Jeremy Hartman who reportedly was taken into custody for trespassing in a closed restaurant and trying to allegedly steal bottles of alcohol worth thousands. According to Pennlive.com when security officers were removing him he asked to use the restroom, where he then lit a commercial grade firework and put it in the toilet. The explosion reportedly resulted in a casino employee being slightly injured. Hartman was arraigned on Sunday morning on charges of arson, endangering persons, and other related counts. He has been placed in the Allegheny County Prison in lieu of bond. His preliminary hearing is slated for June 17th.
