An unidentified man believed to be in his 60’s, was pronounced dead at the scene following a house fire in Portage Township, Cambria County, yesterday afternoon. Investigators report the man was pulled from the Portage Street home after flames broke out on the first floor. A state police fire marshal is now investigating the cause. An autopsy is scheduled for today.
