A 37-year-old Hollidaysburg man identified as Shane Salcedo, faces felony charges for allegedly molesting a then 12-year-old girl in Blair County throughout 2024. Investigators allege multiple assaults occurred at a Frankstown Township home, corroborated by witnesses and the victim’s disclosures to friends. Salcedo, charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors, was arraigned yesterday and released on $75,000 unsecured bail.
