Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees has identified 22-year-old David Simms Jr. as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred early Sunday morning on a Park Avenue porch in Moxham. Simms reportedly suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Authorities are urging the public to provide information regarding the homicide, which is part of a series of shootings in the area over the past four days.
