A 33-year-old Bedford man, identified as Jacob Christen Clark, is facing 268 felony counts of possession of child pornography following a Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General investigation initiated by a Snapchat tip. Authorities allegedly traced 268 files to Clark’s home, where he admitted to viewing the material and was remanded to Bedford County Prison on $250,000 bail.
