The University of Pittsburgh is now planning to offer free classes at regional campuses. The new initiative was announced yesterday. The program will be open to Pennsylvania residents with an annual household income of less than 75-thousand dollars. Students at the Johnstown, Greensburg, and Bradford campuses will be able to take advantage of the offer beginning this fall. Nursing students at Titusville will be eligible too.
