Charges have been filed against 37-year-old Jason Middleton including aggravated assault and ethnic intimidation, following a stabbing incident on Haynes Street in Johnstown early Saturday morning. Middleton is being held at Cambria County Prison without bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 14th, after police confirmed one victim was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Reportedly, the incident occurred during a dispute between an individual’s ex boyfriend, and her new boyfriend.
